Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riga for a Senior Software Engineer. The role involves designing and developing high-quality software in alignment with the company’s platform goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include back-end web development, implementing object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and contributing to innovative software solutions. The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and provide technical leadership within the organization.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in Software Development and Computer Science principles
• Strong experience with Node.js and Go
• Experience with AI implementation and AI-powered product development
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including API development and system integration
• Strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and practical Programming experience
• In-depth experience with agile development methodologies and team collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic and collaborative environment in Riga
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with large-scale enterprise solutions or mobile device management software is a plus
