IT Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Project Manager (IBF/P2P platform) to join our Nectaro team within Dyninno Group fintech division.

As the IT Project Manager you will be leading investment platform related IT projects and tasks, third-party system integrations, as well as participating in cross-functional projects with Marketing, Finance, Accounting, AML&Compliance teams. All work will be done in a team of professionals with high performance and scaling in mind.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business requirements;
• Transform business ideas to precise technical requirements;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, create acceptance criteria for Dev and QA teams;
• Estimate scope of work and resource requirements for change management;
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;
• Coordinate daily communication between cross-departments involved in the project delivery;
• Analyze, evaluate and search for possibilities to improve existing processes (to simplify, automate);
• Participate in long-term planning and product roadmap development.
  
  

Requirements

• Solid experience in project management in IT environment (at least 2 years);
• Direct experience in the fintech field or with P2P platforms;
• Strong conceptual and process-focused thinking skills;
• Ability to develop and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Thorough attention to detail, highly organized and adaptable to shifting business priorities;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Good knowledge of Latvian, as well as English language as the company is international and has foreign employees and clients, and the nature of the work requires close cooperation with them.
