If you want to:
- Take full ownership of the lifecycle marketing strategy (email, push, in-app);
- Build comprehensive lifecycle journeys from scratch, covering onboarding to winback;
- Design and implement automated flows using Iterable or similar platforms;
- Drive key metric improvements across the funnel: activation, conversion, retention, and churn;
- Conduct structured A/B tests on messaging, timing, and segmentation;
- Collaborate closely with product and data teams on events, triggers, and segmentation;
- Create high-performing lifecycle messaging with design and content teams;
- Own lifecycle reporting and feed insights into the overall growth strategy
- Proven hands-on experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing;
- Familiarity with Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, or similar platforms;
- Proven track record of improving activation, conversion, and retention metrics;
- Strong understanding of user journeys and funnel optimization;
- Data-driven approach with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis;
- Ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities and execute quickly;
- Strong collaboration skills across product, design, and analytics teams
- Have experience with subscription or SaaS products;
- Have worked on mobile app lifecycle marketing (iOS/Android);
- Are familiar with attribution tools and product analytics platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
