Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and operating the infrastructure that powers our trading platform and payment systems.

You will work on improving system reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency, ensuring our platform can support real-time transaction workloads with high availability.

This role has a direct impact on production systems where performance, uptime, and security are critical to the business.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, VPC)

● Manage and scale containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes

● Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

● Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and efficient deployments

● Improve observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)

● Ensure high availability and resilience of production systems (autoscaling, failover, disaster recovery)

● Implement and enforce infrastructure security best practices (IAM, secrets management, network

isolation)

● Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

● Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance and deployment workflows

Requirements

● 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering

● Strong hands-on experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms)

● Solid experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration

● Proficiency in Terraform or other IaC tools

● Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

● Strong understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals

● Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

● Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues

● Currently working in crypto space (mandatory)

● Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure or Web3 ecosystems

Nice to Have

● Experience operating high-availability or real-time systems

● Experience in startup or high-growth environments

Compensation & Benefits

● Salary Range: $180,000 – $220,000 USD annually, based on experience and location
