What You Would Do As Our Product Developer FW
You would join a team of skilled developers dedicated to improving and maintaining Aptus—a successful access control, booking, and entry phone system. Aptus is one of the most widely installed brands in the multi-residential market, serving a diverse customer portfolio across Scandinavia. Working alongside our team, you would have the unique advantage of being co-located with our production site, enabling seamless collaboration to continuously enhance existing products and develop new features and solutions. In addition, you would have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with product owners, marketing, production, quality, and customer support teams to deliver outstanding results.

What You Would Do As Our Product Developer FW

Working alongside our team, you would have the unique advantage of being co-located with our production site, enabling seamless collaboration to continuously enhance existing products and develop new features and solutions. In addition, you would have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with product owners, marketing, production, quality, and customer support teams to deliver outstanding results.
You would also:
- Design and implement innovative solutions for new product development projects.
- Enhance existing products by identifying and addressing challenges with creative problem-solving.
- Develop and apply customizations and solutions to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards.
- Continuously refine our products, processes, and methodologies for ongoing improvement.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A technical education within Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. Ideally, you also have experience in Linux system administration.
- Proven industry experience in firmware development for embedded systems, with expertise in C, embedded Linux and Git.
- C++ knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and integration processes, demonstrating initiative and adaptability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a structured and methodical approach to work and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
