Performance Marketing Manager

Mobiversite is a fast-growing tech company building mobile apps and web apps that reach millions of users globally. We’re looking for a proactive Performance Marketing Manager with strong communication skills and a willingness to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and continuously monitor campaigns across multiple advertising channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Own the marketing analytics stack end-to-end—maintain accurate tracking, build reliable dashboards, and translate results into actionable recommendations.

• Analyze data to uncover trends, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.

• Work closely with product managers to ensure growth initiatives map to business goals and product roadmaps.

• Develop and test innovative marketing strategies to fuel app growth and long-term user value. • Partner with the creative team to turn performance learnings into clear briefs and high-impact new ad assets.

• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with overall company vision.

• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and mobile growth trends; explore and share new tools, platforms, and approaches.

• Encourage fresh thinking, challenge assumptions, and inspire creative problem-solving across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics or related technical/fundamental science field. • Strong proficiency in English.

• Interest in data analysis and marketing analytics; ability to draw insights from numbers.

• Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, social media advertising, analytics platforms) is a plus but not mandatory.

• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically.
