How You Will Contribute
In this role, you are expected to:
• Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to Management Team, building trusted advisory relationships and translating business needs into impactful people solutions
• Lead end-to-end performance management processes for assigned business units including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and calibration sessions; provide coaching to managers on effective performance conversations and managing underperformance
• Lead succession planning and talent review processes for assigned business units; identify critical roles, assess pipeline readiness, and develop actionable development plans for high-potential talent
• Partner with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for professional and leadership roles; ensure candidate experience, diversity of pipeline, and alignment with organizational capability needs
• Conduct structured Training Needs Analysis for assigned units; translate skill gaps and business priorities into targeted learning interventions in partnership with Brisa Transformation Academy
• Support job analysis and job evaluation processes; define role scopes, accountabilities, and competency frameworks to ensure consistent and equitable role architecture across the organization
• Support grading and leveling processes; evaluate internal equity and market positioning as part of salary review cycles, working in close collaboration with Total Rewards
• Support organizational design initiatives; analyze current structures, identify efficiency and capability gaps, and recommend design options that align with strategic business direction
• Use data and HR analytics to monitor workforce trends, generate insights, and proactively advise business leaders on people-related risks and opportunities
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives; career interviews, conduct exit interviews, and partner with leaders to create meaningful actions that strengthen organizational health.
Before You Come on Board…
We believe you will fit well if you have;
• A minimum of 7–10 years of HR experience, with significant exposure in a business-partnering capacity in a complex, matrixed organization
• Strong credibility and influencing skills with the ability to challenge, guide, and align senior stakeholders (Manager and Director level) without formal authority; comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics, build dashboards, and present people analytics insights in a clear and compelling way to business audiences
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required for this role
