- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-up meetings
- Assist teams in refining and maintaining the product backlog
- Resolve issues that hinder team progress and performance
- Utilize project and issue tracking tools, such as Atlassian Jira, to monitor project scope and timelines
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SSM)
- Knowledge of Scrum techniques and Agile frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Kanban
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other online collaboration tools
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
