What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coach development teams in applying the Scrum framework to enhance productivity
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-up meetings
• Assist teams in refining and maintaining the product backlog
• Resolve issues that hinder team progress and performance
• Utilize project and issue tracking tools, such as Atlassian Jira, to monitor project scope and timelines
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SSM)
• Knowledge of Scrum techniques and Agile frameworks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Kanban
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other online collaboration tools
