Role: Smart Contract Developer (Solidity/ Rust/ Golang)

Location: Noida (WFO) / 5 days (Hybrid/Remote can be considered)

About the Role: As a Smart Contract Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of decentralized applications (DApps) by architecting and implementing secure, scalable smart contract solutions across blockchain ecosystems. Leveraging your expertise in Solidity, Golang, and/or Rust, you will contribute to building high-performance blockchain infrastructure and applications that drive efficiency, transparency, and security.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of smart contract development - from design and development to testing, deployment, audits, and upgrades. The role involves working across global products including payment gateways, exchange wallets, tokenization platforms, admin panels, auth engines, and no-code platforms on our blockchain stack.

What You'll do?

• Design, develop, and deploy secure, production-grade smart contracts using Solidity/ Rust/ Golang across EVM/ SVM and other chains, expand to build interoperable contracts at later stage.
• Build and scale backend/blockchain services using Solidity/ Golang/ Rust
• Own end-to-end delivery: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and upgrades
• Integrate smart contracts with applications using Ethers.js/Web3.js and implement ERC standards (20/721/1155/4337)
• Optimize for gas, performance, and security while ensuring high code quality through reviews and testing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to ship scalable Web3 solutions

Profile Expectations:

• 2-5 years of experience in smart contract/blockchain development with strong proficiency in Solidity or Rust or Golang.
• Solid understanding of EVM ecosystems (Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain) and blockchain infrastructure (nodes, wallets, RPCs)
• Hands-on experience with Hardhat/Foundry, OpenZeppelin, Chainlink, and ERC standards (20/721/1155/4337)
• It'd be great if you have experience building backend services/APIs using Node.js, Web3.js, Ethers.js, with strong knowledge of smart contract security, testing, and upgrades
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent), with strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset.
