Role Summary
The IT Scrum Master is responsible for leading Agile execution across teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing backlogs, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement. This role ensures alignment with program objectives, promotes collaboration, and fosters a culture of built-in quality and Agile maturity across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.

Role Summary
The IT Scrum Master is responsible for leading Agile execution across teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing backlogs, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement. This role ensures alignment with program objectives, promotes collaboration, and fosters a culture of built-in quality and Agile maturity across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Define sprint goals and ensure alignment with overall program and business objectives
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
- Drive Scrum of Scrums / ART sync / Value Stream sync to ensure cross-team alignment
- Identify, track, and remove impediments and risks impacting team delivery
- Ensure transparency and communication of progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders (e.g., RTE, LPM)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Inspect & Adapt workshops
- Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices, improving maturity and delivery effectiveness
- Integrate DevOps principles into sprint execution to enhance speed and quality
- Foster built-in quality practices and adherence to Agile processes
- Support Agile transformation, guiding teams through forming to performing stages
- Strong experience in Scrum, SAFe, and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience in risk management, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in DevOps-enabled environments
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- High emotional intelligence and servant leadership mindset

- Business acumen and customer-centric mindset
- Learning agility and continuous improvement focus
- Strong decision-making and judgment skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent
- 10–12 years of experience in IT, Agile delivery, Scrum, or related areas
- SAFe Scrum Master / SAFe DevOps or equivalent
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or similar)
