Senior Oracle Project Manager – Oracle ERP & Legacy Ecosystems

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across Oracle ecosystems and legacy systems. This PM is focused on managing strategic improvement programs, regulatory adaptations (including Brazilian Tax Reform), system updates, enhancements, testing cycles, and the delivery of new functionalities in enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a proactive, dynamic, and ownership-driven mindset, with strong systemic and strategic vision, the ability to anticipate risks, and proven experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex enterprise IT environments.
• Strong background managing projects within Oracle ecosystems (Oracle EBS ERP and related solutions) and legacy systems.
• Solid experience leading large-scale improvements, regulatory compliance initiatives, system upgrades, and testing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and executive-level communication.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end systems integration and dependency management.
• Experience in environments with high regulatory and operational complexity.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex initiatives involving Oracle platforms and legacy systems.
• Manage projects related to system improvements, regulatory adaptations (e.g., Tax Reform), upgrades, updates, testing cycles, and new functionality rollouts.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
• Drive governance, planning, execution, monitoring, and control of multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Anticipate risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively proposing mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams, including internal teams, subcontractors, and partners.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Deliver clear, concise project communication, status reports, executive presentations, and decision papers.
• Support strategic planning, roadmap definition, and prioritization of initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, security, quality, and audit requirements.

Contract & Work Model
