Data Analyst

For our client in Visp, we are looking for a Digital Quality & Data Management Specialist (m/f/d). You will support data migration and analysis activities for QMS documents, assist with the implementation and local deployment of the Veeva Vault system, and ensure data integrity and compliance in a GMP-regulated environment, working with digital quality systems and structured data in a collaborative team setting.

Start date: asap

End date: 12-months contract (with the plan to extend for another 12 months)

Workload: 100%

Home Office: Yes, Typically 3–4 days per week on site at the Visp location

Your tasks:

• Supporting data migration and data analysis activities related to QMS documents
• Supporting the implementation and local deployment of Veeva Vault system
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system documentation
• Ensure data quality and consistency during migrations and daily operations
• Support regulatory compliance audits related to QMS data

Your Profile:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor in Computer Science or Technology; or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in a GMP regulated environment, preferably within Quality Systems, Documentation, or Digital Quality
• Hands on experience with Veeva Knowledge or similar electronic document / knowledge management systems
• Proven experience in data migration, data analysis, and data quality activities
• Strong IT affinity and ability to work with digital systems and structured data
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data integrity
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Good command of English (written and spoken) and Business level German required
