• Build and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform and validate data
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to support business stakeholders
• Analyse trends, performance and operational data to generate meaningful insights
• Support the design and improvement of data pipelines and data workflows
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Contribute to a well-structured data environment, including coding standards and setup practices

• Strong blend of BOTH stakeholder skills and hands-on data analytics/engineering and coding (ie. you are in a senior consulting/manager role within a data practice)
• Strong SQL capability and confidence working with complex datasets
• Hands-on Python experience in a commercial data environment
• Experience building dashboards, ideally in Power BI
• Ability to work autonomously and engage directly with stakeholders
• Understanding of data pipeline concepts and how data moves through systems
• Consulting background or experience in a client-facing, advisory-style environment is highly regarded
• Insurance domain exposure is nice to have
• Exposure to Power Apps would be a bonus
