Minimum qualifications:
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with clients in the region.
- Experience in developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in performance marketing or e-commerce.
- Understanding of digital marketing products and the evolving landscape.
- Ability to influence across all levels of the organization to align on shared goals through stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Grow advertising cross-channel business through clear, data-driven points of view and recommendations that align with client business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations to drive sustainable growth and achieve client objectives.
- Analyze data trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and develop narratives that drive client growth and maximize business impact.
- Partner with fellow account team members and a set of cross-functional partners to drive business opportunities that build long-term growth.
- Collaborate and consult with customers and their agencies with the goal of extending relationships, growing the customer and optimizing their advertising.
