What are we looking for?

• Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a Senior IT Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex IT projects.
• Proven expertise in leading global E-Invoicing programs, EDI, or tax-driven IT solutions, ensuring legal compliance across multiple countries and SAP landscapes (S/4HANA and ECC).
• Experience in driving global XSTORE upgrade projects (preferably V25), enabling standardized retail setups.
• Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), IT change and release management, and process management in regulated environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira/Confluence, MS PowerPoint, Teams, and preferably Clarity PPM.
• Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC, particularly in billing and interface management.
• Ability to translate legal and fiscal requirements into IT solutions.
• Proven experience in coordinating external service providers and system integrators.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, rhetoric, and presentation skills.
• PMP or comparable project management certification is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel.
• Location: Portugal or abroad (Remote from Portugal or abroad options available).
• Eligibility: Portuguese national, foreign national with existing permission, or foreign national in visa process.
