As our products continue to scale and our engineering scope expands, we are looking for a QA Lead to strengthen and lead our quality assurance processes in a structured and sustainable way.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing processes across software development projects
• Drive the adoption of AI-based solutions to automate and optimize test development processes
• Define and drive test strategy, planning, and execution standards across teams
• Manage and mentor the QA team, ensuring alignment with product and engineering goals
• Execute and oversee functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests
• Design, implement, and scale test automation frameworks
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Drive API and microservices testing practices across systems
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Frontend, and DevOps teams to improve overall product quality
• Monitor, analyze, and report test results, risks, and quality metrics
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered testing approaches (test generation, defect prediction, smart automation)

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software testing / QA, including team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, HTTP, and JSON
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
• Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, k6, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-driven testing tools or intelligent test automation approaches
• Experience in building and scaling automation frameworks
• Knowledge of distributed systems and high-traffic architectures
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with containerized environments and DevOps practices
• Background in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise-scale systems is a plus
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
