About The Role

What if your JavaScript expertise could directly shape how AI writes code for millions of developers around the world? We're looking for experienced Frontend JavaScript Developers to evaluate, critique, and improve AI-generated code — helping ensure the next generation of AI coding tools meets the standards real engineers actually care about.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You set your own schedule and work as much or as little as fits your life — anywhere from 10 to 40 hours per week.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to ES6+ standards
  • Identify bugs, anti-patterns, and suboptimal logic in AI-generated frontend code and provide optimized alternatives
  • Solve complex UI/UX challenges to test how well AI handles responsive and interactive elements
  • Assess DOM manipulation efficiency and real-world usability of AI-produced scripts
  • Write clear, human-readable documentation explaining state flow, event handling, and code logic
  • Complete task-based assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Strong command of core JavaScript — async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, and the modern ES6+ ecosystem
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with frameworks like React, Vue, or Node.js
  • Sharp eye for code quality — you know what good looks like and can articulate why something falls short
  • Clear and concise written communicator who can explain technical concepts to a range of audiences
  • Self-motivated and consistent when working independently
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, but not required if your experience speaks for itself

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training or evaluation projects
  • Background in code review, technical writing, or developer education
  • Familiarity with frontend performance profiling and optimization tools
  • Exposure to testing frameworks or software quality assurance workflows
