What We're Looking For

We are looking for a UI/UX designer to join our creative and innovative projects. If you are skilled in designing interactive and user-friendly interfaces, creating custom icons and illustrations, developing clickable prototypes, and have expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and Framer, we’d love to have you on our team! Your interest in cutting-edge technologies, such as artificial intelligence and digital analytics tools like Hotjar, will make you a perfect fit for our dynamic projects.

Job Description

• Design creative and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and campaigns.
• Visualize projects through presentations and prototypes for project teams and stakeholders.
• Create clickable and navigable prototypes (e.g., using Figma or Framer).
• Analyze user behaviors and optimize design processes using tools like Hotjar.
• Develop campaign visuals and promotional materials aligned with the brand's visual language.
• Design custom icons, illustrations, and various objects for presentations.
• Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.
• Incorporate feedback to improve designs through iterative processes.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Preferably a degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in UI design (portfolio submission is required).

Technical Skills:

• Prototyping Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Balsamiq, Framer, or similar tools.
• Analytics Tools: Experience with user behavior analysis tools like Hotjar.
• Design Software: Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Icon and Graphic Design: Ability to create custom icons and objects for presentations.
• Responsive Design: Capability to create designs optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
• HTML/CSS: Basic knowledge of front-end development is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Open to innovation and eager to learn continuously.

Responsibilities

1. Design and Development:
2. Create user-centric designs by applying design principles.
3. Manage user flow, wireframe, mockup, and prototype processes.
4. Graphic and Icon Design:
5. Design custom icons, illustrations, and objects for presentations and campaigns.
6. Produce high-quality graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
7. Analysis and Optimization:
8. Analyze user experience data and propose improvements to existing interfaces.
9. Revise prototypes based on feedback.
10. Team Communication:
11. Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other team members.
12. Clearly communicate design processes and deliverables to stakeholders.
