What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule, ensuring efficient time management
  • Screen and manage the CEO's inbox, responding to urgent communications in a timely manner
  • Provide executive administrative support for projects, including preparing analyses and documentation
  • Plan and organize meetings, including compiling agendas and minutes
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of executive information and assist in candidate interviews when needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • At least 10 years of administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience developing presentations and materials suitable for client and executive management
  • Proven ability to handle critical deadlines and work independently
  • Familiarity with task management software
  • Strong negotiation skills for vendor management
