Job Role: Senior Applications Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior Applications Engineer will oversee enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance, integration, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, custom apps)
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Coordinate application enhancements and upgrades
• Ensure system integration across platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues (L2/L3 support)
• Work closely with vendors and developers
• Maintain documentation and user training materials
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in application support/management
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and databases
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  
  

Certifications (Preferred)

• ERP-related certifications (Odoo, SAP, Oracle)
• ITIL Foundation
  
  

Soft Skills

• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• High accountability and ownership
• Ability to manage vendors and third-party providers
