About the Role:

As an AI Manager, you will be at the forefront of our Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives. Your role will involve identifying and creating AI project opportunities by developing creative use cases that solve real business problems through advanced analytics and AI. You will present these use cases to the Head of Software Development and Data Technologies and collaborate with IT and business units to turn them into actionable solutions. In this position, you will play a hands-on role in the architecture and development of AI prototypes, manage the AI and ML strategy, and stay updated with cutting-edge AI advancements.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing AI strategies in alignment with business objectives
• Leading the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions such as machine learning models, NLP, and predictive analytics
• Managing AI and ML strategies together with the Head of Software Development and Data Technologies, ensuring applicability of new developments in AI
• Staying updated on developments in OpenAI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Cockpit, Google AI, SalesForce Einstein GPT, and integrating the most relevant solutions into our technology platforms
• Supporting the establishment of a data science and advanced analytics operating model
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business operations, ensuring that AI projects align with the company’s goals
• Managing and mentoring AI teams, while overseeing project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Ensuring ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in advanced analytics, including data preparation, model training, and testing for NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
• Experience in developing predictive models in R, Python, SAS, or SPSS environments.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with analytics platforms and tools
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML trends and the ability to apply the latest advancements to business challenges
• Previous experience in various roles within data organizations, particularly as a data scientist.
• Excellent command of English with strong communication and team leadership skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.
