Scrum Master

Due to continued growth and increased project demand, we are seeking experienced Scrum Masters (3 positions available) to join a high-performing product team delivering cutting-edge software solutions used in mining operations globally.

These are fully on-site roles based in the Brisbane CBD, working in a co-located team environment that prioritises collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading Agile delivery as Scrum Master across cross-functional teams
• Facilitating key ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros)
• Coaching teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
• Removing impediments and improving team flow and predictability
• Partnering with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders
• Fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software environments
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles (and the “why” behind them)
• Ability to influence, coach, and engage technical teams
• Experience working with full-stack engineering teams
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with UX or user-facing products
• Exposure to geospatial or mapping systems
• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
