Software QA Engineer | Telematics

We are expanding our Quality Assurance team and are looking for a skilled Mid-Level QA Engineer to join one of our projects.

In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team working on a hybrid (cloud and on-premises) system designed for vehicle tracking device management, supporting millions of IoT devices worldwide. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality by designing and executing test scenarios, identifying defects, and contributing to continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with developers and product teams, allowing you to influence both system reliability and user experience. In this role, you will:

• Define and implement advanced testing strategies and processes for the product
• Verify products functionality compliance with documentation
• Discover problems, register and report them to the development team
• Design and develop automated tests
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to develop effective testing strategies
  
  

What we expect of you:

• 2+ years of experience in software testing
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and defect lifecycle
• Experience with API testing (e.g., REST) and testing tool such as Postman (or other)
• Hands on experience with automation tools like Playwrite or other
• Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Good communication skills in both Lithuanian and English
  
  

Ideally you will also have:

• Experience with a programming language (TypeScript, JavaScript, C#)
• Knowleadge of DevTools
• Experience with firmware/hardware testing
• ISTQB Foundation Certificate

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 20 Eur/h (:2500 Eur—3300 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
