AI Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Project Manager at PRODIVI, located in Kaunas, with flexibility for remote work. The AI Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering AI and software development projects, with a strong focus on solutions involving LLMs, generative AI, machine learning, automation, and data platforms.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure successful delivery of AI-powered solutions aligned with client and business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with developers, data engineers, AI engineers, business stakeholders, and clients to define requirements, translate business needs into technical initiatives, and drive implementation from discovery through deployment.

You will also help shape project delivery practices for AI initiatives, including use case prioritization, proof-of-concept execution, model adoption, governance considerations, and value measurement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing IT, software, or AI-related projects from initiation to completion
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira
• Good understanding of AI solution delivery, including LLMs, generative AI use cases, machine learning workflows, and AI integration into business processes
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including software developers, data engineers, AI/ML specialists, and business stakeholders
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into structured project plans and actionable delivery tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Scrum, or AI-related certifications are a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering projects involving chatbots, copilots, recommendation systems, document intelligence, or workflow automation
• Familiarity with platforms and services related to AI and cloud delivery, such as Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or other modern data/AI ecosystems
• Understanding of how to evaluate AI use cases in terms of feasibility, business value, implementation effort, and operational impact
• Experience managing proof-of-concept and pilot projects and scaling them into production solutions

Gross Salary ranges from 3000 to 4000 EUR depending on experiences and skills.
