About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who shares our passion for creating something new and has the courage to explore uncharted territories. Your Responsibilities May Include

·      Leverages data to solve complex problems, extract meaningful insights, and inform decision-making processes within an organization.

·      Gather, clean, and process data, develop and train algorithms, and present findings in a way that is understandable and actionable for stakeholders.

·      Study and transform data science prototypes and apply appropriate machine learning algorithms and tools 

·      Helps both us and our partners to optimize processes, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies for growth and innovation.

·      Run machine learning tests and experiments, and document findings and results 

·      Train, retrain, and monitor machine learning systems and models as needed 

·      Construct optimized data pipelines to feed machine learning models

·      Consult with managers to determine and refine machine learning objectives 

We Believe That You

·      Have at least 5 years of experience as an ML Engineer, in academia and industry domain.

·      Have a university degree in a highly technical and quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Software Development, Engineering etc.

·      Have proven experience in developing classification models using machine learning techniques.

·      Have proficiency with Python, SQL, and Git, along with a solid understanding of cloud computing concepts. In-depth knowledge of machine learning frameworks, like Keras or PyTorch

·      Have strong understanding of the theoretical foundations behind both classical and modern machine learning models and algorithms, such as generalized linear models, random forests, ensemble methods, and deep neural networks.

·      Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, both technical and non-technical. Strong skills in communication, organization, and teamwork, combined with solid business acumen.

·      Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you have the freedom to think and create on a large scale.
