This sets high expectations on reliability, precision, and leadership – every day, every shift.

You hold endtoend responsibility for the SOC’s operational delivery, while also driving the strategic work required to ensure longterm stability, scalability, and excellence. You lead SOC Team Managers and monitoring teams, ensuring that people, processes, and structures are aligned to support consistent, high-quality delivery.

The role combines hands-on operational leadership with a clear strategic mandate: translating direction and priorities into daily execution, strengthening ways of working, and ensuring that the SOC continues to evolve in line with customer needs and Truesec’s ambition.

You work closely with Managed Services leadership, CSIRT, customer teams, and other key stakeholders, acting as a role model for Truesec’s culture and a trusted leader in both calm and pressured situations.

Your Potential BackgroundYou have solid experience from leading security operations, SOC, or similar mission critical 24/7 environments, and you are comfortable taking overall responsibility for both people and delivery. You are used to leading leaders, making sound decisions, and creating clarity in complex operational contexts.

You are a confident and trustworthy leader with a genuine interest in people, performance, and sustainable delivery. You understand the importance of structure, followup, and clear expectations, and you balance operational focus with the ability to think ahead and act strategically.
