Cybersecurity Compliance Lead

Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Min 8 years professional experience in IT Audit, compliance or security assurance, preferably EU CRA (Cyber Resilience Act)Proven experience in cybersecurity compliance, regulatory affairs (specifically EU legislation), or product security governance.

Deep understanding of the EU Cyber Resilience Act and Related frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2 Directive).Understanding of Secure Development Lifecycles (SDL) and software vulnerability management.

Experience working with auditors and leading enterprise wide compliance initiatives Experience leading Cross-functional teams.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills .

Ability to work in cross functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Product Development)Strong analytical abilities .

Good-to-Have Any of the following are highly preferred CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 LA L1 is an added advantage.

SN Responsibility of Expectations from the Role 1 Develop and execute the roadmap for bringing products into compliance with the EU CRA.

Co-ordinate with Internal application teams, cross-functional teams, Auditor, Customer and other stakeholders3 Lead cybersecurity risk assessments for products with digital elements throughout the development lifecycle.4 Educate guide stakeholderson EU CRA requirements, control ownership and audit expectations.
