Your Responsibilities

/Design and implement CRM data strategy and data growth initiatives, ensuring close alignment and follow-up of action plans with country and regional stakeholders.

/Track and report global and regional CRM KPIs, generate regional CRM data overview and insights to share with relevant stakeholders.

/Develop and communicate advanced analytics models, including consumer segmentation and next best product models, to generate actionable business insights.

/Develop insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and support actionable and data-driven decisions across stakeholders and teams.

/Translate CRM and data objectives into actionable insights and scalable analytical solutions, aligning data and tool needs with IT to support business success.

Your Profile

/University degree in related fields

/At least 5-8 years experience w/ CRM and data analytics; high-impact projects in cross-functional & complex- matrix environments

/Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights

/Strong consumer-centric, innovation-driven, creative, analytical and agile mindset

/Fluency in written and spoken English
