Now, we’re looking for an AI-Centric Product Designer who will help us shape intuitive, high-impact user experiences across our fintech ecosystem. You’ll design data-rich, insight-driven products, contribute to our evolving design system, and play a key role in integrating AI-powered features and smarter workflows into our product experience.

About the role

• Full product design role covering the full process, from problem framing and user flows to final UI
• Focused on fintech and investment technology products, with an emphasis on usability, clarity, and trust in complex product areas
• Strong focus on AI, both in the product itself and in the way the design team works
• Opportunity to design AI-powered experiences and improve workflows through AI tools and automation
• Active contribution to a consistent, scalable product language through the design system

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end product experiences, from flows and concepts to polished UI
• Design AI-powered features such as assistants, summaries, recommendations, or guided experiences
• Create clear and usable experiences for fintech and investment-related products, including complex data, analysis, and decision-support flows
• Use AI tools to support design exploration, documentation, content, and workflow efficiency
• Contribute to the adoption of AI tools and workflow improvements within the design team
• Contribute to the design system and help maintain consistency across products
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to shape solutions
• Translate complex problems into clear, usable product experiences

What You'll Need

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in product design or a similar role
• Strong UX and interaction design skills
• Ability to own work across the full product design process
• Interest in designing AI-powered product experiences
• Hands-on use of AI tools in the design workflow
• Good understanding of design systems, components, and scalable UI patterns
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Interest in fintech, investment products, or data-rich digital experiences
