UI & UX Designer Lead

Since our founding, we've grown to a team of 90+ people and established ourselves as Türkiye's leading AI legal assistant. Now, we're taking it global — expanding into France, Germany, Brasil, Italy and Spain to compete in the billion-dollar legaltech market.

We are looking for a UI & UX Designer Lead to design the user experience of the Apilex platform. You will transform complex legal and technical data into user-centric, AI-powered product experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product & AI Design: Crafting end-to-end user journeys, product flows, and intuitive interfaces for our AI-powered legal assistant and chat experiences.
• UI & Design Systems: Building modern, scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma to ensure visual consistency across the platform.
• FE Collaboration: Working closely with frontend teams to support technical implementation and ensure designs are development-ready.
• User Insights: Conducting UX research and testing to iterate on product features based on real data and user feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically within SaaS or complex digital product environments.
• Expert-level Figma skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Deep understanding of AI/Chat interfaces or experience designing for data-intensive products.
• Strong information architecture skills, capable of turning dense legal data into seamless user flows.
• A problem-solving mindset tailored for a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between design vision and technical execution.
