What is the job waiting for you?
- Business Process Analysis: Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Audit departments to understand their pain points and translate complex business requirements into scalable IT solutions.
- SAP R/3 Management: Lead the functional support and optimization of SAP FI/CO modules, ensuring seamless financial operations and data integrity.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Manage and participate in diverse IT projects (e.g., HR digitization, Legal tech solutions, Audit automation) from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
- S/4HANA Transformation: Play a pivotal role in the pre-study and migration phases of our upcoming S/4HANA transition, focusing on process harmonization.
- System Integration: Ensure smooth integration between SAP and non-SAP corporate applications (e.g., HRIS, E-signature tools, Audit software).
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and enhance decision-making through better data flow across enterprise systems.
What we are looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or related fields.
- 4+ years of solid experience in SAP R/3 FI/CO (Customization, configuration, and support).
- Proven experience or a strong interest in analyzing processes for Finance, HR, and Legal etc. departments.
- Strong ability to debug complex issues (ABAP knowledge is a plus) and design end-to-end workflows.
- Experience in full-cycle project management methodologies; familiarity with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to "speak the language" of both developers and business users.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Reside or willing to live in Adana or Istanbul
