About the Role

Own end-to-end product development, managing the critical path, proactive supplier follow-up, and cross-functional coordination to deliver on quality, margin, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Project management and execution: Own, build, and drive the entire project critical path from concept through to bulk delivery, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Supplier management: Liaise daily with vendors and factories to track progress, negotiate MOQs and costs, and proactively resolve production bottlenecks.
• Cross-functional coordination: Lead communication between Design, Operations, QC, and E-commerce teams to unblock decisions and ensure alignment on key milestones and launch dates.
• Costing and margin management: Drive target costing exercises, negotiate effectively to achieve margin goals, and recommend alternative solutions where necessary.
• Budget control: Manage the overall project budget, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor spend against forecasts.
• Risk identification and mitigation: Anticipate potential delays or challenges, create contingency plans, and escalate issues with solutions in a timely manner.
• Timeline tracking and reporting: Maintain the master project tracker, provide regular progress updates, and ensure leadership visibility on project status and deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of project management experience
• ​Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets skills, project management tools monday.com 
• ​Experience managing vendors and timelines across multiple regions.
• ​Experience in US, EU based ecommerce is an added advantage
