Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust C# applications for AI agent solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize AI model architectures.
  • Utilize strong back-end or fullstack capabilities to ensure high-performance and scalable solutions.
  • Analyze project requirements and deliver clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Enhance AI training processes by providing expert input and innovative solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, sharing insights and technical updates.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance during AI model training and deployment.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Over 4 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in back-end or fullstack engineering.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration.
  • Experience working in remote team environments.
  • Track record of delivering complex technical projects efficiently.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively address challenges.

Preferred Qualifications
