What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and NLP models for real-world applications.
  
• Process and analyze large-scale text data to extract insights and build predictive models.
  
• Develop NLP solutions such as text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and language modeling.
  
• Build and maintain data pipelines for training, validation, and inference workflows.
  
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained NLP models (e.g., transformer-based models).
  
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
  
• Evaluate model performance and implement improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Deploy models into production using APIs or cloud-based platforms.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI/ML systems.
  
• Maintain proper documentation, versioning, and model lifecycle management.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role.
  
• Strong programming skills in Python.
  
• Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
  
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  
• Familiarity with NLP libraries/tools such as NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar.
  
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with deep learning and transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT).
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for ML deployment.
  
• Experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
  
• Knowledge of big data tools or distributed processing frameworks.
  
• Exposure to real-world NLP applications in domains such as finance, healthcare, or eCommerce.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
