What is in it for you?

The Senior Python Developer will support analytics modernization initiatives by developing Python‑based solutions and leading SAS to R/Python migration efforts. The role will also support analytics platforms and users, including Posit/RStudio, to enable scalable and modern analytics solutions. Work on analytics modernization initiatives using Python and R. Opportunity to lead SAS to R/Python migration efforts. Engage with modern analytics platforms like Posit / RStudio. Collaborate with cross‑functional business and analytics teams. Exposure to healthcare and enterprise analytics environments

Responsibilities: -

• Develop and support Python‑based analytics, data processing, and automation solutions
• Lead and support SAS to R/Python migration initiatives, including refactoring legacy logic
• Support and administer Posit / RStudio environments to enable analytics user adoption
• Collaborate with business and analytics teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, security, performance optimization, and adherence to documentation standards
• Provide support for analytics platforms and users as needed

Required Skills & Experience (Nice-toHave):

• Strong expertise in Python for analytics and data engineering
• Experience with R and analytics modernization initiatives
• Hands‑on experience supporting Posit / RStudio environments
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
