About The Role

We are seeking a talented Game Designer / Programmer to join our remote team on a contract basis. In this dual-role position, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing innovative gameplay systems, including romance and dating mechanics, within our experimental projects. Your responsibilities will include designing engaging mechanics, building prototypes, and collaborating closely with writers, artists, and other developers to shape immersive player experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative vision and technical proficiency, capable of turning ideas into functional prototypes and working seamlessly across disciplines. This role requires a collaborative, respectful, and emotionally intelligent individual who aligns with our values of accessibility and personal boundaries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in game design and programming
• Ability to independently prototype gameplay mechanics
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for writing, asset generation, or gameplay
• Experience designing romance, dating sim, or relationship systems
• Comfort working with mature and NSFW themes
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
