What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, and Retrospectives
• Guide the team in becoming high-performing, self-organizing, and self-managing
• Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to support backlog refinement and story writing
• Track and communicate Agile metrics to promote empirical decision-making
• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, continuously mentoring team members in Agile practices
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Current Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance
• SAFe Scrum Master/Advanced Scrum Master or Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
• Experience with Jira & Confluence for user story creation, backlog management, and metrics analysis
• Excellent communication skills in listening, speaking, written, and non-verbal communications
