Job Title: Senior Solution Designer

Location: Qatar

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)

Role Overview

Responsible for designing end-to-end technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, business strategy, and operational goals. The role involves building scalable solutions, maintaining architecture artefacts, and driving digital transformation across Telecom BSS/OSS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Strategy
• Align business needs with architecture; design scalable, compliant end-to-end solutions across people, process, and technology
• Architecture Governance
• Ensure adherence to standards; participate in reviews and maintain architecture artefacts
• Analysis & Decision Support
• Perform impact, feasibility, cost-benefit, gap, and risk analysis; document decisions and align stakeholders
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate cross-functionally; present solutions, run workshops, and drive requirement discovery
• Delivery & Lifecycle Management
• Ensure traceability from requirements to deployment; support planning, risks, estimates, SoW, and WBS
• Continuous Improvement
• Optimize BSS/OSS systems in line with strategy
• Vendor & Tender Support
• Assist in vendor evaluation, selection, and tendering

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technology Domain
• 7+ years as Solution Designer / Architect / SME
• 7+ years in Telecom (BSS/OSS)
• 5+ years with Ericsson stack (EOC, ECM, SSCM, ESR)
• Telecom BSS/OSS, DSP models
• Solution Architecture, Enterprise Design and Cloud & Hybrid Integration
• SDLC, Agile & Design Thinking
• Frameworks (preferred)- TOGAF, ITIL, TM Forum, COBIT, PMP/PRINCE2, SCRUM, ETSI, 3GPP

Core Skills

• Strong communication, stakeholder & risk management
• Analytical, structured, and problem-solving mindset
• English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred)
• Experience in Middle East / Qatar is a plus
