Role Description

Softcell Technologies Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Audit professional for a full-time, on-site role at our Mumbai office. The GRC Auditor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits, evaluating financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity standards. Daily responsibilities include analyzing data, preparing detailed reports, collaborating with teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance frameworks and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess risks and identify areas for improvement
• Effective Communication skills, including written and verbal, for interfacing with clients and internal teams
• Familiarity with Auditing processes and practices
• Knowledge of Finance principles and expertise in reviewing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CPA/CA are a plus
• Experience in regulatory compliance or cybersecurity audits is an advantage
