AI Automation Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer to join our team. Your mission is to design, build, and maintain sophisticated automated workflows that leverage Artificial Intelligence to solve complex business problems. You will be our internal expert on n8n, transforming manual processes into seamless, AI-enhanced operations.

• Workflow Architecture: Design and implement end-to-end automations in n8n that integrate various third-party APIs and internal tools.
• AI Integration: Implement LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and Vector Databases within workflows to automate content generation, data extraction, and decision-making.
• Project Governance: Manage all tasks, documentation, and sprint cycles within Jira, ensuring high visibility for stakeholders.
• Optimization: Audit existing workflows for efficiency, error handling, and scalability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with different departments to identify "bottleneck" processes that can be solved through automation.

• Mastery of n8n: Extensive experience building complex, multi-branch workflows, utilizing custom JavaScript nodes when necessary, and managing self-hosted or cloud-based n8n instances.
• AI Tooling: Deep understanding of the AI landscape, including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and API implementations of major LLMs.
• Project Management: Proficiency in Jira (creating epics, managing backlogs, and tracking sprint velocity).
• Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON structures, and Webhooks.
• Microsoft Ecosystem: Comfortable working within the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) for internal communication and data storage.

• Experience with Python or JavaScript for writing custom scripts within automation nodes.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• A portfolio of "cool" automations you’ve built (even personal ones!) that demonstrate creative problem-solving.

• A "Logic" Enthusiast: You see a manual spreadsheet and immediately start mapping out a workflow in your head.
• Adaptable: You keep up with the breakneck speed of AI releases and know which new tools are worth adopting and which are just hype.
• Detail-Oriented: You don’t just build it; you test it, document it, and ensure it doesn’t break when an API updates.
