Elliptic Labs is now seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our team in Oslo. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, training, and mentorship in product management while contributing to cutting-edge technology that powers the future of smart devices.

As a Product Manager, your tasks include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

Product Development and Execution

· Support the enhancement of existing products and assist in the development of new ones.

· Manage and oversee the ongoing execution of product roadmaps and deliverables

· Collaborate with technical teams to define product requirements based on market data and real-world use cases.

Market Analysis and Strategy

· Conduct supervised analyses, including:

• Win/Loss assessments.
• Competitor evaluations.
• Technology benefit analysis.

· Assess market opportunities by determining market sizes, trends, and potential revenue streams.

·  Work with colleagues to evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and derive actionable measures for product success.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

· Communicate with customers, market participants, and cross-functional teams to gather and understand insights and market trends.

· Present findings and proposals, supported by data visualization, to inform strategic decisions.

· Develop business plans based on research and insights from the industry.

Training and Growth Opportunities

· Learn and participate in planning and executing successful Go-to-Market strategies in collaboration with the marketing and communication teams.

· Contribute to the development of strategies for new products using both existing and newly acquired knowledge.

· Engage in regular assessments and feedback sessions to track progress and enhance skills.

· Work closely with experienced product and project managers who will mentor and guide your growth.

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· 0-5 years of work experience.

· Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.

· Familiarity with product management principles and tools is a plus but not required.

· Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
