Job Overview: As a Product Manager for Core Journeys and Incubated Projects, you will own and optimize Botim’s core user flows while spearheading new, high-impact initiatives. This dual responsibility involves enhancing the foundational experiences that drive Botim’s engagement and retention, while simultaneously exploring and launching innovative product ideas that align with our long-term vision.

About the role

Core Journeys

· Define and execute a product strategy for Botim’s core user journeys, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and delightful experiences.

· Identify bottlenecks in onboarding, communication, and retention workflows, and develop data-driven solutions to improve KPIs.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, and marketing) to ship high-quality improvements to Botim’s core flows.

· Continuously gather and incorporate user feedback through research, surveys, and analytics to refine existing features.

· You will be managing these – VOIP Metrics, Explore, Rewards and Loyalty.

Incubated Projects

· Act as a visionary and strategist for new product ideas aligned with Botim’s roadmap and growth aspirations.

· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to validate concepts and prioritize opportunities.

· Develop MVPs for new initiatives, partnering with engineering to ensure quick iteration cycles and actionable learnings.

· Define success metrics for experimental projects and drive decisions based on qualitative and quantitative insights.

· Present recommendations to stakeholders and secure buy-in for scaling successful pilots into full-fledged product offerings.

What You’ll Bring:

· Experience: 4–7 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing apps or platforms. Good knowledge of growth funnels, customer retention, and user segmentation.

· Visionary Thinking: Strong ability to balance short-term goals for core improvements with long-term ideation and innovation.

· Data-Driven Mindset: Proven track record of using data to guide decisions, validate hypotheses, and measure impact.

· Execution Excellence: Skilled at breaking down complex problems into clear action plans, prioritizing ruthlessly, and delivering outcomes at scale.

· Technical Fluency: Comfortable working closely with engineers to understand technical trade-offs and guide implementation.

· User-Centricity: Deep empathy for user pain points and the ability to translate those into meaningful product improvements.

· Communication: Exceptional skills in communicating ideas, presenting roadmaps, and aligning stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Nice-to-Haves:

· Experience working on chat, communication, or collaboration tools.

· Background in launching experimental features or MVPs in fast-paced environments.

· Familiarity with growth strategies like A/B testing, onboarding optimization, and retention mechanics.
