Scrum Master

Scrum Master (Tech Background)

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master with a technical background to join a banking client in Helsinki.

This role requires a strong mix of Agile leadership and hands-on understanding of software development, driving team performance and continuous improvement.

Role Overview

Location: Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid)

Start: ASAP

Duration: 10 months + extensions

Note: Only candidates based in Finland will be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning)

• Identify and remove team impediments

• Coach developers and testers on Agile best practices

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders

• Drive continuous improvement and team efficiency

• Track and visualize progress using JIRA and Confluence

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Scrum certification (SAFe preferred)

• Experience working with software development teams

• Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence

• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills

• Solid technical/IT understanding

Nice to Have

• Experience in the banking domain

• Experience with credit/customer journey projects
