Again and again. New faces. Same story. Binders hauled between offices explaining treatments. Time wasted. Patients suffering. They shouldn't have to.
Healthcare systems are not coordinated. Not synchronized. They don't communicate. Healthcare professionals need to record identical activities and measures in multiple systems. We don't suffer from a lack of information in healthcare. We suffer from information sprawl. We shouldn't have to.
As product builders, the work we do is important to our employers, but, at some point, we all ask ourselves the same question: Is the work itself important?
Our ambition is to give Norwegians the missing healthcare platform they deserve. An integrated set of products and services to allow institutions, clinicians, social workers, and citizens to seamlessly interact on healthcare matters.

As a Graphic Designer at Aidn, you will play a key role in ensuring our established brand identity is upheld and consistently represented across all materials and platforms. You'll create visual designs that adhere to our brand guidelines while supporting marketing, sales, and communication initiatives. From crafting digital assets and website visuals to designing swag and event materials, your work will span a variety of mediums. While maintaining brand consistency is the priority, you'll have the creative freedom to adapt designs to meet the unique needs of specific campaigns and projects.

This position is responsible for:
- Creating designs that capture attention and elevate the perception of Aidn in the market, inspiring confidence in our products and services.
- Ensuring Aidn's brand remains consistently recognizable, from digital campaigns to physical materials, across all touchpoints.
- Championing Aidn's visual identity by ensuring every design reflects our brand's professionalism, creativity, and values.
- Helping Aidn communicate its story visually in a way that is accessible, inclusive, and memorable.
- Fostering creativity and collaboration by sparring internally to explore ideas, refine concepts, and push boundaries while staying aligned with Aidn's brand.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, slide decks, social media assets, email campaigns, and event displays.
- Maintain and update Aidn's website visuals, ensuring they are functional, user-friendly, and on-brand.
- Create and finalize print-ready designs for physical marketing materials, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Develop branded merchandise (swag) and other promotional items, ensuring quality and creativity.
- Write and refine Norwegian content for marketing materials maintaining Aidn's tone of voice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign objectives.
- Animate graphics or create short videos for marketing and external training purposes.
- Edit and integrate visual assets into videos for events or campaigns.
