🚀 What you will do

As a member of our DevOps team, you will own and evolve the infrastructure that powers MYM's platform, serving millions of users and creators worldwide. You will work hand-in-hand with our engineering teams to build a resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructure.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Maintain and evolve our existing AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Monitor and secure infrastructure resources: performance tracking, load management, high availability and fault tolerance
• Build and maintain infrastructure KPI dashboards
• Collaborate closely with development teams across design, evolution, operations and deployments
• Contribute to technical specifications and architectural decisions
• Write clear and thorough technical documentation
• Track and optimize infrastructure costs
• Participate in team and project meetings
• Carry out on-call duty approximately one week per month

🔭 What we are looking for

⚙️ Technical foundation

You have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in AWS environments and are comfortable designing and maintaining complex cloud infrastructures.

You have an excellent command of Terraform and know how to structure IaC at scale. You are confident with Kubernetes and familiar with managed implementations such as EKS. You have solid knowledge of service mesh tools, particularly Istio.

You are naturally curious, autonomous and proactive. You are passionate about infrastructure, cloud technologies and the engineering challenges that come with high-growth products.

You know how to work with developers, translating complex infrastructure topics into clear language, contributing to discussions without staying in your silo. You are rigorous, reactive and always looking for ways to improve.

You are comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.

You will work directly with Charles, our Senior DevOps, and Quentin, our CTO, as well as the broader Tech team. A strong relationship and clear communication with the engineering teams will be key to your success in this role.

📋 Hiring Process

1. Intro call with Omar, our CPO - 30 minutes
2. Technical interview with Charles (Senior DevOps) and a case study with the Tech team to get a real feel for what infrastructure looks like at MYM - 1 to 2 hours
3. Interview with Quentin, our CTO - 1 hour
4. Final meeting with Gauthier, MYM's CEO - 30 minutes
