We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale the core systems behind a rapidly growing platform used by operational and administrative teams. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll tackle complex backend challenges, work with data-intensive systems, and help shape a product that supports real-world workflows at scale.

💡 The Role

You’ll take the lead on backend services that power critical features, from data processing and APIs to device and system integrations. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you’ll ensure the platform is reliable, scalable, and built with long-term maintainability in mind.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Kotlin
• Develop robust APIs and services supporting data-heavy and real-time use cases
• Architect systems that scale across thousands of connected devices and users
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and system reliability
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve system stability
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and long-term platform evolution
• Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless end-to-end features

• Strong backend engineering experience, ideally with Kotlin or other JVM languages
