🎯 What You’ll Do

Build and lead the Channel & Alliances function from the ground up

Own indirect revenue: pipeline, forecasting, and partner-driven growth

Define and execute channel strategy across resellers, MSPs, distributors, and tech partners

Activate and scale a 5,000+ partner base (focus on high-potential partners)

Drive co-selling, campaigns, and partner engagement initiatives

Design partner programmes, segmentation, and enablement structures

Hire and develop a high-performing channel team

Act hands-on in strategic partner deals and execution

📈 The Opportunity

Transition a well-established business from direct-led sales to a scalable partner model. Build a “partner movement” and expand the indirect channel across Germany and beyond, with clear progression toward senior leadership roles.

🧩 What You Bring

3+ years experience in SaaS sales or partnerships

1+ year leadership experience

Strong understanding of channel/partner sales models

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build from scratch

Strong decision-making and prioritisation skills

Fluent German and English

Nice to Have:

Cybersecurity background

Existing network within partner ecosystem

Experience with partner programmes and indirect GTM models
