Senior Payroll Project manager - Location Oslo.

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Project Manager.

Implementation payroll project preferably delivered by the end of Q3 2025, to give room for

operationalizing and stabilizing a new service in Q4 2025.

Requirements consulting profile:

  • Solid experience from managing payroll projects: payroll outsourcing, payroll system

procurement and payroll system implementation

  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills - Norwegian and English.
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Bonus is access to subject matter experts in payroll outsourcing and payroll systems

About the consulting engagement:

  • Capacity: about 100% initially during pre-study.
  • Implementation: Start Jan until 2025-12-31
