Partner with the best

You will be responsible for project managing Baker Hughes Cordant Asset Strategy Management Software projects. This will include coordination of the scope with stakeholders, plan the project milestones, drive the execution efficiency by setting a proper plan and coordination of resources with customer to ensure smooth execution of the project

As a PMO Program Manager you will be responsible for:

Program Planning:

• Develop an execution strategy and roadmap, defining objectives, timelines, and resource allocation to address both software implementation, consulting services and training associated with Cordant ASM software projects.
  
  
  

Stakeholder Management and coordination:

• Engage with stakeholders for scope and planning, ensuring alignment with contract scope.
  
  
  

Team Leadership:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication among team members.
  
  
  

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
  
  
  

Cost Management

• Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately and tracking cost elements.
  
  
  

Performance Monitoring:

• Track program progress against goals and KPIs, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
  
  
  

Reporting:

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program status, challenges, and outcomes.
  
  
  

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and align with program objectives.
  
  
  

Change Management

• Manage changes to the program scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that all changes are documented and communicated.
  
  
  

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

• Analyse program outcomes and processes for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in future programs.
  
  
  

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience in SW projects and Services).
• Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in PM roles.
• Have an experience as Cordant ASM PMO Program/Project Manager
• Have a PMP or PM related certifications
