Scrum Master

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support agile delivery in an Automotive Tech environment.

Work setup: Hybrid (2/3 times per month in the office)

Responsibilities:

• Establish agile ways of working and guide teams with limited Scrum maturity
• Facilitate and adapt agile ceremonies to fit project-based and domain-oriented team structures
• Coach team members and leads on agile principles, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Support backlog management, prioritization, and scope alignment across business, IT, and Tech stakeholders
• Identify and remove impediments, including communication gaps and organizational blockers between teams
• Create visibility on delivery progress, risks, and team performance through agile metrics and dashboards
• Promote transparency, trust, and alignment across distributed teams
• Drive agile maturity and foster a culture of learning, reflection, and pragmatic change

Must-have requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and flexible application of agile frameworks in hybrid or non-product environments
• Proven experience supporting mixed or distributed teams in agile adoption
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and cross-team coordination skills
• Experience aligning priorities between business stakeholders, IT, and Tech teams
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps, including boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
• Solid understanding of agile delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and WIP
• Fluency in English
